1. General regulations
1.1. “Cyberfootball fans league. Spring-2020 season” tournament organizer – e-sports holding company SGL (hereinafter – Organizer).
1.2. Cyberfootball fans league. Spring-2020 season (hereinafter – Tournament) is held in order to:
- popularize e-football (cyberfootball) in participating countries;
- popularize football by playing e-football (cyberfootball);
- determine the best League players;
- increase e-football (cyberfootball) players’ sportsmanship level;
- unite e-football (cyberfootball) players from all participating countries.
1.3. Tournament is held with the use of FIFA20 football simulator owned by the participants.
1.4. Tournament is held with the use of a Playstation4 platform owned by the participants.
1.5. Tournament participation is free.
1.6. Entry to the Tournament is allowed to the Participants who have consulted and have accepted the terms of this regulations.
1.7. The participant provided the Organizer information and personal data is responsible for its reliability.
1.8. Participant’s registration data, all the content connected to the participant and the Tournament can be used for purposes not contrary to participating countries’ legislation.
1.9. Tournament’s place: Organizer’s platform liga-online.com (hereinafter – online).

3. Participating conditions and registration
3.1. Minimal participant’s age allowed – 13 years by the moment of registration (or other minimal age defined in a certain participating country by EA Sports User agreement). For all Participants under the age of majority in their countries their parent or guardian must review and accept these Regulations and accompany them all along the Tournament.
3.2. Participating is allowed to all citizens of participating countries, who reside in them.

3.4. All the Participants have to consult and follow the Fast Cup instruction
3.5. Registration for participating has to be finished not later than 4 hours before the Playoff starts.
3.6. To finish the registration the following fields should be filled in a Platform:
- Link to personal page on a social network – to contact the opponents (visible only to opponents and Organizer);
- Phone number in an international format – to contact with Organizer (visible only to Organizer);
- Check or press the button “Receive notifications” on a social network vk.com or Telegram messenger for an automatic notifications about the Tournament;
- Receiving personal messages on a social network should be available from anyone, or communication should be made via Game chat or the Match page on a Platform.
- PSN ID (for PS4 account).
3.7. All the requirements at para 3.6 are compulsory for any Participant. In case of omitting any information Organizer may disqualify the Participant.
3.8. At a registration stage all lobbies for all football clubs representing the highest country football league would be available for joining.
3.9. In order to participate in a chosen playoff Player should press “Register the player” button in the upper part of the lobby.
3.10. Registration and participation is allowed not more than in two playoffs (player can participate maximum in 2 different clubs’ playoffs in one country). In case of more than 2 registrations are appeared, Organizer may delete over limited registrations on his own decision.
3.11. Timetable and games order go according to rounds (Round 1, Round 2 etc.) defined after the registration completes and Tournament starts. Every Round should be played within the certain period defined in para 7.2.
3.12. Participants have to:
- follow the regulations;
- follow the Fast Cup instructions;
- provide an ID scan copy or a photo copy on short notice;
- provide correct data about himself and a game profile;
- inform Organizer in case of PSN ID change;
- give interviews and comments on games in case the Organizer’s request;
- accept the Organizer invitation to the Whatsapp finalists chat.
3.13 National and International finals’ Participants during 3 days after Organizer’s demand have to do the following:
3.13.1 Create an account at https://www.twitch.tv/ (if they do not have it), enable Store past broadcasts option, choose Normal latency mode
3.13.2. Set the Broadcasting sharing on Playstation as mentioned:
- resolution min. 720p, 30 fps (1080p/60fps recommended);
- in-game sounds: only stadium;
- screen: clear, chat and web-cam areas are not visible.

3.13.3. Connect Playstation to the Internet via cable connection.
3.13.4. Test connection speed and send results to the Organizer. If speed is lower than 20/20 Mbit, increase speed at your Internet provider for the perios of Tournament.
3.13.5. Fill in the survey given.
3.13.6. Send a participating in-game line-up screenshot.
3.13.7. Send a high quality photo of yourself.
3.13.8. Check the Tournament schedule.
4. Playoff stage
4.1. Playoff stage goes in a Fast cup mode in one or two days according to the Tournament’s shedule; matches go one by one consecutively according to the timetable.
4.2. Every matchday starts at 12-00 a.m. participating country’s capital local time.
4.3. After stage starts “About the tournament” tab shows general information:
- participants’ type;
- number of games in a match;
- tournament’s bracket;
- allocating system.
4.4. Playoff stage goes as a
4.4.1. Groups + play-off (8 or more participants)
- Group – 1 match against every groupmate (draw result is possible)
- Play-off (excl. final and bronze medal match) – bo1 (1 win needed) (in case of draw a new full match is played).
- Final and bronze medal match – bo3 (2 wins needed) (in case of draw in any match a new full match is played).
4.4.2. League (7 or less participants)
- League – 1 match against every groupmate (draw result is possible)
- The winner of a stage is a winner of the League.
4.5. For each round referees set the check-in time (para 7.2). In case of opponents’ disagreement by check-in time, a participant who caused disagreement forfeits 0-3 or if both participants cause, 0-0 is set on the base of correspondence. All the points of contentions should be written at a certain match page.
4.6. All matches should be played in a network friendly match mode (not Ultimate Team).
4.7. For every match a Participant may choose any team: club or national team (excl. All-star teams). Team chosen may coincide with opponent’s team.
4.8. During any stage a Participant may change team only between the matches if there are several. In case of disconnection Participants have to end terminated match using the same teams.
4.9. Online friendly match settings:

5. National final
5.1 Every winner of clubs playoffs is promoted to the National final in every country.
5.2. Every matchday starts at 12-00 a.m. participating country’s capital local time.
5.3. National final comprises a group stage followed by a Double Elimination knock-out stage both in a Fast Cup mode. In case of number of participants equals or less than 4, Knock-out stage is held in a Single Elimination mode.
- Group – 2 matches against every groupmate (draw result is possible)
- Knock-out Winners bracket – bo3 (2 wins needed) (in case of a draw in a certain match additional time is played followed by Penalty Kicks if needed)
- Knock-out Losers bracket – bo1 (1 win needed) (in case of a draw in a certain match additional time is played followed by Penalty Kicks if needed).
- Grand-Final – bo5 (in case of a draw in a certain match additional time is played followed by Penalty Kicks if needed).
- The winner of a Knock-out Winners bracket has a handicap of 1 win.
5.4. For each round the check-in time is set (para 7.2). In case of opponents’ disagreement by check-in time, a participant who caused disagreement forfeits 0-3 or if both participants cause, 0-0 is set on the base of correspondence. All the points of contentions should be written at a certain match page.
5.5. The toss-up are defined not later than 1 day before the National final starts.
5.6. All matches are played in FIFA Ultimate Team mode
- Maximum team rating allowed 183 (maximum chemistry is 100, maximum rating 83).
- Any player can be added as a substitution.
- Players rental is allowed.
- Strengthening the players is not allowed (trainings)
6. International Grand-final
6.1. Every winner from every national final is promoted into International Grand-final together with the finalists of 8 countries from the top of the League countries rating (32 participants total).
6.2. International Grand-final is held on 11th and 12th July 2020 at 12-00 a.m. Moscow time (UTC+3).
6.3. Toss-up is help not later than 09th of July, 2020 according to the following rules:
- Participants are divided into 4 pots:
1st pot (national final winners from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Belarus, Moldova, Lithuania, Latvia)
2nd pot (national finalists from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Belarus, Moldova, Lithuania, Latvia)
3rd pot (national final winners from Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Sweden, Turkey, Switzerland, Poland)
4th pot (national final winners from Austria, Belgium, Hungary, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Czech Republic, Slovakia)
- 8 groups are created: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H.
- Pots are consecutively divided to groups starting with the 4th, then the 3rd, then the 2nd, then the 1st, only 1 representative of every pot goes to every group.
- Participants from the same country cannot go to the same group, in this case Participant goes to the next Group and the toss up continues for the current group. If for the moment of dividing pot 1 into G and H groups, group H already has the finalist of the country, which winner left in the pot, then this winner goes directly to Group G, and the last Participant to group H.
6.4. International Grand-final comprises a group stage followed by a Single Elimination knock-out stage both in a Fast Cup mode
- Group stage (8 groups 4 players every) – 2 matches with every opponent (draw is possible). First and second place promote to the playoff stage.
- Playoff stage – bo3 (2 wins needed) (in case of a draw in a certain match additional time is played followed by Penalty Kicks if needed).
- Bronze medal match – bo1 (1 win needed) ((in case of a draw additional time is played followed by Penalty Kicks if needed)
- Final match – bo3 (2 wins needed) (in case of a draw in a certain match additional time is played followed by Penalty Kicks if needed).
6.5 For each round referees set the check-in time. In case of opponents’ disagreement by check-in time, a participant who caused disagreement forfeits 0-3 or if both participants cause, 0-0 is set on the base of correspondence. All the points of contentions should be written at a certain match page.
6.6. All matches are played in FIFA Ultimate Team mode:
- Maximum team rating allowed 186 (maximum chemistry is 100, maximum rating 86).
- Only golden players can be added as a substitution (minimal rating is 75).
- Players rental is allowed.
- Strengthening the players is not allowed (trainings)
7. Games conditions
7.1. Tournament brackets are created at liga-online.com platform and then are published via all the ways of information according to para. 1.10 of Regulations.
7.2. For every round (one game with an opponent) check-in time is set according to a capital local time, excluding International Grand-final, where Moscow time is used (UTC+3).
- Round 1 – starts 12-00, finishes13-00;
- Round 2 – 13-00/13-30;
- Round 3 – 13-30/14-00;
- Round 4 – 14-00/14-30;
- Round 5 – 14-30/15-00;
- Round 6 – 15-00/15-30;
- Round 7 – 15-30/16-00;
- Round 8 – 16-00/16-30;
- Round 9 – 16-30/17-00;
- Round 10 – 17-00/17-30;
- Round 11 – 17-30/18-00;
- Round 12 – 18-00/18-30;
- Round 13 – 18-30/19-00;
Etc. if needed.
7.3. Participants are classifies in Group and League according to the point taken – from the most to the least (3 for win, 1 for draw, 0 for loss).
7.4. If two participants have equal points after all matches in a Group, then following additional criteria are applied in the following order:
- Points gained in matches played between them;
- Better goal difference in matches played between them;
- Better goal difference in all group matches;
- Most goals scored in all group matches;
- In case all additional criteria are equal - lot is cast.
7.5. If two participants have equal points after all matches in a League, then following additional criteria are applied in the following order:
- Most wins in all League matches;
- Better goal difference in all League matches;
- Most goals scored in all League matches;
- In case all additional criteria are equal - lot is cast.
7.6. If three or more participants have equal points after all matches in a Group/League, additional table is formed including only results from the matches played between them and following additional criteria are applied in the following order:
- Points gained;
- Most wins;
- Better goal difference;
- Most goals scored
- In case all additional criteria are equal - lot is cast.
7.7. In case of connection impossibility during Playoff stage matches, Participant who has Type3 in a Playstation4 – Settings – Network – Connection – Nat type forfeits 0-3.
7.8. All matches are played until the end.
7.9. If the match is terminated due to technical reasons, Participants can continue only in case of mutual consent and after referee permition. After restarting time left should be played. The Participant who was controlling the ball by the moment of termination starts the game. Teams and squads should remain the same. Goals scored by both Participants before and after the termination should be summarized. In case of football player’s/players’ sent off, Participants have to recreate it/them.
7.10 Participants are allowed to play the Tournament only using their own PSN ID’s. PSN ID’s are attached to the participants for the entire Tournament. Using another Participant registered PSN ID is also prohibited.
7.11. The following is prohibited in FIFA simulator:
- Any schemes that lead to an unfair win or a win in a non-competitive way.
- Insulting opponents, other participants and Tournament’s officials.
- Behave unsporting. Unsportsmanlike conduct is defined by the Organizer and includes inappropriate behavior, active matches sabotaging etc.
- Deliberately terminate connection to game servers.
7.12. Game sanctions:
- Participant who left the game or denied to continue (due to any reason) forfeits 0-3 lose.
- Participant who is not online by the check-in time forfeits 0-3. Maximum delay time allowed is 5 mins. In case of both participants absence 0-0 total is determined.
7.13. Appeal pending and examining:
- All the questions and comments on violation of the rules should be pending not later than 10 minutes before the check-in time.
- Organizer decisions are final and non-negotiable.
- Discussion on the Organizers final decision may cause forfeit or even disqualification.
7.14. Penalties:
7.14.1. If disobeying any rules is discovered, Organizer may decide to apply the following sanctions:
- verbal warning;
- forfeit in a match;
- forfeit in a round;
- disqualification.
7.14.2. Repeated disobeying may cause life-time disqualification from all the tournaments held by Organizer. Exceptionally Organizer may disqualify a Participant without any prior warning in case of disobeying basic game rules and rules of conduct.
8. Judging
8.1. All the Organizer’s decisions on disputed elements are made only according to objective information excluding all guesses and assumptions.
8.2. All the Organizer’s decisions on disputed elements are made only according to data from participants, matches video recordings and platform functionality.
8.3. All the Organizer’s decisions are final and binding to all participants.
9. Logistics and rewarding of winners.
9.1. Organizer provides logistics of the Tournament.
9.2. Participants are expected to cover all their costs to participate in the Tournament (incl. purchasing game console, internet connection etc.)
9.3.Total prize fund amounts 5 000 $.
9.4. Prize fund distribution in the International Grand-final:
- 1 place – 1 400 $ + winner cup
- 2 place – 750 $
- 3 place – 550 $
- 4 place – 400 $
- 5-8 places – 125 $
- 9-16 places – 100 $
- 17-24 places – 50 $
- 25-32 places – 25$
9.5. All the payments are made during 60 days from the end of International Grand-final.
